OpenAmer
Open-source Windows-native agent that runs its cognition in-process (five native tools: think, learn, remember, trigger, heartbeat) and operates the real desktop locally — filesystem, terminal, GUI and browser over the Chrome DevTools Protocol. A single 10-subsystem heartbeat replaces 84 cron entries, and an A2A mesh routes work peer-to-peer between instances. Apache 2.0 licensed.
